Public Sector Leadership & Crisis Management

This two-course certificate explores the dynamic economic, social, and cultural transformations faced by contemporary leaders in the public sector, government, and military organizations, including non-profits and first responders. Part of these challenges comes from coping with new forms of competition, market demands, technological innovations, and global economic and terrain shifts.
