Mission
Leadership Program prepares undergraduate students to become confident, global, and advanced leaders through an interdisciplinary emphasis on real-world leadership perspectives. Civilian students and cadets with a BS in Leadership at Norwich will be ready to demonstrate global leadership skills in the public, private, or military spheres by having theoretical and practical preparation via internship and interactive classroom experiences. The BS degree program in Leadership provides Norwich students an opportunity to be creative, critical, and ethical leaders by having strategic and inclusive leadership as its main pillars and preparing students to be global leaders for the private institutions, public offices, and the military.

Goals
The Leadership program provides a unique interdisciplinary leadership education by having strategic and inclusive leadership as its pillars and providing high-quality academic and real-life leadership experience.
