Program Description

Mission The Leadership Program prepares students to become confident, global, and advanced leaders through an interdisciplinary emphasis on real-world leadership perspectives. Graduates will be prepared to bring their valuable leadership knowledge and experience to the public, private, or military spheres and will be equipped with the skills and the ethical grounding necessary to achieve organizational success.

Graduates of the Leadership program will be able to:

  • Apply fundamental leadership theories and concepts to various organizational contexts

  • Use critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex organizational problems

  • Communicate effectively and persuasively in both written and oral forms

  • Understand and navigate ethical dilemmas in leadership positions

  • Understand the value of cultural diversity in the workplace

  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to enhance organizational performance.
