Description
Students will explore the American judicial system in this undergraduate course, including analysis of courts operating at the state, federal, and specialized levels. Students will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between criminal, civil, and appellate proceedings. The course culminates in a simulated mock trial, providing a hands-on opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Prerequisite: CJ 101, Grade of C or higher.
