Description

A survey of contemporary mechanical building equipment and systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Emphasis is placed on comparisons of design parameters, interfaces, and impacts on overall building form. Energy efficiency is addressed. Students pursue independent research in support of coursework. 3 Lecture hours. Prerequisite: AP 625. Grade of B or higher. Restriction: MArch III majors. Offered: Fall.
