An introductory course on formal design techniques for combinational and sequential logic circuits. Topics include combinational logic networks, minimization techniques, registers, synchronous sequential networks, and control units. Applications of the concept developed in the classroom will be implemented in the laboratory. 3 Lecture hours and 2 Lab hours.
