The following academic honors categories are open to undergraduate students who are a full-time status, tabulated from graded courses at the undergraduate level.
Dean’s List Recipients
A semester grade point average of at least 3.40 is awarded the Dean's List honors. Dean's List honors are noted on the official transcript each term earned. Refer to the Incomplete Grade statement for an Academic Honor.
Distinguished Academic Merit
A merit pin is provided to a degree seeking student enrolled in a campus-based program recognized on the President’s or Dean's List. Refer to the Incomplete Grade statement for an Academic Honor.
President’s List Recipients

University Scholars
A degree seeking student enrolled into a campus-based program earning a cumulative grade point average of no less than 3.60 for the previous academic year is recognized as a University Scholar at the Fall Convocation ceremony. An incomplete grade must be finalized by the time the list is presented to be eligible.
Incomplete Grade or Change of Grade Statement for Academic Honors or Combined course levels
A President and Dean’s List eligible recipient is determined at the conclusion of the academic semester. Upon release, there is no additional monitoring. A student with an Incomplete is ineligible to receive an Academic Honor. A student may inquire a notation on the student record with the Office of the Registrar in the event a change of grade elevates the semester grade point average to the established criteria, or if their combined course level enrollment may achieve eligibility.
